Main responsibilities:
Track and trace updated information from carrier web or overseas office on daily basis;
Input accurate shipment data in daily report according to clients requirement amp;
Prepare various internal reports;
Cooperate with implant and PIC operation to maintain good relationship with clients and ensure smooth operations;
Monitor transhipment closely and notice all parties if any abnormal case or delay;
Made KPI amp; other reports according to managements request;
Requirement:
College Degree or above
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
