职位要求
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
1 Connect with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as: entry of terminal warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date etc.
2 Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information to bridge relevant parties.
3 Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
4 Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
5 Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
1 Provide feedback on product and process improvement to Team Leader
2 Attend to e-mails promptly and not later than close of business on each day
3 Work closely with Sales, Pricing, other support teams to archive customer’s satisfaction
4 Maintain flight schedules to be updated on-timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer
5 Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected from relevant parties (suppliers/ clients/ destination offices, etc.), and report immediately to Team Leader if any payment is not settled timely.
MAJOR CHALLENGES
1 The key challenge our OP face that they often cannot work with efficiency because the network is not stable (the network is disconnect frequently) which impact daily work .such as use of email, systems.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
1 College Degree or above
2 Mandarin and English language proficiency
3 Computer literate
4 Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
1 Able to use operational systems familiarly
2 Able to use his /her professional knowledge/work experience to answer client’s general or special questions
