任职人员要求：
1）大专或以上学历，物流管理、国际货运或相关专业，英语听说读写熟练。
Associate Bachelor degree or higher in logistics, freight forwarding or equivalent, goodcommand of written and spoken English.
2）拥有良好的计算机技能，需要进行数据处理，处理电子邮件，需要熟练使用MS Office软件，如Word、Excel等办公软件。
Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email，Familiar with MS Office and computer literacy (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel),
3）5年以上物流行业工作经验，其中最少2年运输管理工作经验。
Minimum 5 years working experience in the field Logistics, at least 2 years of transportation manage experience.
4）对TMS和WMS非常了解，并可以根据实际业务运作需求提出系统化改善建议。
With the high knowledge of TMS and WMS, working with the IT team improve the systems according the daily operation.
任职人员工作职责：
1)负责国内零担整车运输业务以及快递业务等日常业务管理。
Deal with daily transportation management work，including LTL,FTL, courier and etc.
2）负责运输供应商管理，确保运输作业达成KPI作业要求。
Management of suppliers, to ensure that achieve the project's required KPI
3）协调日常运输业务中的异常情况，并督促供应商进行相应改善。
Coordinate the exceptional shipment/transportation and urge the supplier to improve accordingly.
4) 针对运输业务日常运营进行数据分析，帮助内部作业流程提升。
Transportation report data processing and analysis to assist the internal process and promote the department of transportation.
5）负责运输业务询价及协助相关部门提供运输业务报价。
Be responsible for the transport quotation and assist the business department for the transportation business.
6)完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Follow up others task from the team leader.
