Main responsibilities:
Track and trace updated information from carrier web or overseas office on daily basis;
Input accurate shipment data in daily report according to client's requirement &
Prepare various internal reports;
Cooperate with implant and PIC operation to maintain good relationship with clients and ensure smooth operations;
Monitor transhipment closely and notice all parties if any abnormal case or delay;
Made KPI & other reports according to management's request;

Requirement:
College Degree or above
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
We are open to excellent fresh graduates
